Update: Winter Storm 2010

Or snOMG as Andrew likes to call it. After growing up in NY, I still find how this area deals with snow somewhat humorous. But in all fairness, this is the most snow DC has ever had in one winter with 55 inches of snow, breaking the record from the 1898-1899 winter.

We ventured out for a walk on Tuesday just as the plows were driving up to our street........4 days after it started snowing! And just a few hours before it was to start snowing again.

Here is our street before it was plowed.

And after. I am glad they decided to take a break after they plowed!

Some views of the front of our house, driveway, and cul-de-sac after plowing and shoveling.

Our deck and backyard.

And Cate enjoyed the snow the most from the inside!
